Flower availability may lead to substitutions, including changes in color based on the colors of available flowers.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Flowers ordered came into florist not in incredible condition. Florist requested that due to the poor quality they not be sent to me. Florist consulted with me and replaced the bouquet with a different set of flowers just as beautiful to make up for the issue. Extremely unfortunate that the tulips were not able to be delivered and it’s frustrating. However I’m grateful the florist did the best they could and communicated the issue with a solution.

The recipient said she loved them and the guy who called and did the arrangement was awesome. He wanted to make sure I was ok with different color do to out of stock on white.
