I ordered some flowers online from UK for my niece in Florida - very easily done. Sadly, the tulips I ordered were not available but I was contacted by email with an apology and asked if I wanted to cancel my order or substitute for other flowers. I went with the latter and a beautiful bouquet was delivered later that day - excellent service! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for your great feedback!
