Can I customize an arrangement?
When ordering online, you can customize an arrangement based on the options given with the product. If there aren’t options then that product cannot be customized online. However, you can always call us at (813)-790-8085 to request a customization. A representative will always be here to personally answer your call during our business hours.
Can I send a message (card) to be delivered with my arrangement?
Yes, in your shopping cart there is a text box where you can provide a message for your recipient.
If I forgot to add text when I ordered flowers online, can I add it later?
Free card will be attached to each order automatically.
Can I get a picture of the recipient with flowers?
Yes, we can! Only if the recipient gives us a permission.
Do you have same day delivery?
Yes, we do!
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
To make adjustments to your order after it has been placed, you can call us (813)-790-8085, so we can make the adjustments for you.
When ordering online, will I recieve the same arrangement as it is on the picture?
We prepare bouquets very similar to those you see on our webpage. However, we may change its quantity, color or composition of flowers depending on the stock of flowers.
What’s the difference between 3 arrangements option listed on the picture?
All compositions can be designed in different sizes: small; medium and large.
Will you make an arrangement under customer budget?
Yes, of course we do. And we'll be more than happy to personally answer your call during our business hours.
If flowers are died, can you refund my money back or exchange it?
Unfortunately we cannot do that, because of our policy.
Do you offer wedding and event arrangements?
Absolutely. We'll be more than happy to personally answer your call and give you more details.
